Introducing one of our favorite projects: Simply Shenandoah.
Simply Shenandoah is a $195m wellness resort, located 90 minutes from Washington DC on 640 forested acres, integrating transformation with vacation. It includes a groundbreaking spa and hydrotherapy facility, and a world-class “food-as-medicine” experience. We are fortunate to work with Simply Shenandoah thanks to our portfolio company OYA.
Chronic conditions have grown 58% in the last 45 years, reflecting a struggle to balance our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
As we face governance, capitalism, and environment-related challenges, while adapting to new paradigms of super intelligence and longer lifespans, there is a need for transformational experiences that bridge the past into a more harmonious future.
Combining ancient practices like breathwork and plant ceremony with modern science like precision nutrition and sound therapy, while fostering connections with community and mother nature, will be essential for enduring impact.
We will integrate transformation with vacation by creating guest-specific programs from 40+ daily group activities (see attached for an overview of our experiential pillars), a groundbreaking spa and hydrotherapy facility (including 20 treatment rooms), and a world class “food-as-medicine” experience (including a teaching kitchen).

With less than 10% of the capital raise remaining (we have three $5m slots left), we are seeking the right investors aligned with the project’s macro potential.
